Hi Everybody!  What are you in the mood for today?

If you’re looking for….a study that confirms what most of us already know:

New moms are tired.  While I thought this study was fascinating and gave some interesting insights in to how we sleep when we have a newborn, I really hope any follow up studies include Dads too.

This new book looks intriguing.  With two parents working 9-5, dinner can be challenging.  I haven’t read this book, but it’s going on my list.
